Power supply

Electric supply is provided from the TNEB Grid Sholinganalur 400/230 kV S/S, 2x315 MVA and also 200 MVA 400/110kV GExternal 3,000KVA per block,and routed through two Transformer 1,600 KVA X 2 per block to cater 300-350KVA per Floor


1.10KVA of Power connection is provided per 100 sft. of carpet area. Any additional power, if required, would be provided, if technically possible, at additional cost.

Generators
 
100% Back up

Three Backup generators of 1250 KVA are provided for each block on the stilts with fuel tank for 8 hours of and an additional underground sump to store about 25,000 liters of fuel.

100%Power back can be provided from the generators with a floor distribution of about 300-350 KVA power supply (approximately) per floor. The charges will be based on the costs then prevailing for fuel and taxes if any.
Air condition
Connectivity

Three + one spare Carrier Kruger 330TR Air Cooled chillers are provided on the terrace of each block. The charges are for actual usage calculated by the BTU meters installed on either AHUs on all floors.

OMR being the preferred IT Corridor all the major Bandwidth operators have a presence here. Exclusive space is to be provided for Bandwidth Operators, and Wi-Fi towers on the terrace
